Talent Magnet (60-70%): You'll own our end-to-end recruitment cycle. Think innovative sourcing strategies, compelling job postings that stand out, and a candidate experience that makes top talent fight to join our team. Your experience in US and India tech markets is your superpower!
HR Transformer (30%): Ditch the dusty policies! You'll be our resident innovator, revamping our performance management systems and designing talent development programs that supercharge our growth. Health care industry know-how earns you extra kudos!
Data Sensei: Metrics are your mantra. You'll analyze recruitment trends, performance data, and more to make informed decisions that propel us forward.
This Role Is Perfect for You If:
- You have 6-10 years of solid HR/Recruitment experience in the heart-pounding world of startups.
- You recruit for cutting-edge tech positions in the US and India markets with the ease of a seasoned pro.

- You have proven experience in crafting and evolving performance management and talent development initiatives.
