Support Business Units by implementing HR programs, resolving Employee Relations, Manage Employee Life Cycle, Policies and Employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.

- Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

- Improve manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees

- Complete special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.

- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Act as a custodian of HR dashboard, Employee Data

- Comply with state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; tracking and monitoring statutory compliances, anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising unit management on needed actions.

- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Coach and support Employees and Managers through the Employee Lifecycle

- Wellbeing initiatives and People Process Trainings

- Transition and Stabilization of Administrative and Compliance HR activities with process improvements to implement a Centralized model of HR support in line with HR strategy

- Ability to work with diverse groups

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Good influencing skills

Qualification : MBA- Only XLRI, TISS, XIM and SCMHRD passouts to apply.

Candidates from FMGC/ Manufacturing background are preferred
