Projects : The job primarily requires

- Conceptualization of Projects

- Preparation of Capex Investment Proposal with Project estimates, economics and justification

- Evaluating and selecting the Correct Scheme and opting for the suitable option to deliver various types of projects viz. Green Field / Brown field projects / Capacity Augmentation / Modernization of existing plant.

- Providing support to group Units to handle the environmental and excise clearance issues.

- Selection of consultants, architects, structural experts and suppliers of Plant and Machineries.

- Project Specification generation, Bid evaluation from Vendor, Vendor finalization

- Coordinating with the vendors, suppliers for on time delivery.

- Tracking of project budget and costing during execution stage.

- Coordinating the erection and commissioning of the plant.

- Process/Engg reviews with key vendors, with respect to operational compatibility, Safety, layout, Piping layout, P&IDs, PFD, Risk Assessment etc.

- Summarizing the utilities data and coordinate with concern team for execution.

- Awareness of Project management tools as MS project for scheduling and monitoring of Project.

Process:

- Providing support to Units to optimize the process parameters.

- Guiding Unit operation team for Reduction of Energy and Water footprint.

Skills Required

- 10-12 years experience required in operations and project execution in FMCG/Distillery,

- Knowledge of Distillation system operation

- Chemical Engineering Graduate

- Knowledge of MS Office & MS Project is essential. Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable
