Job Description:

Mission:

- To handle all issues related to Finance and Accounting for the Hyderabad office. To ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (tax laws, company laws, etc.).

Duties:

- Handle payroll for the Hyderabad office employees.

- Handle all payments to vendors, employees, etc.

- Prepare budgets for the Hyderabad office.

- Maintain accounts make journal entries, prepare P&L statements and Balance Sheet.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and send them to the Finance team in the corporate HQ and to relevant executives in the India office.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (compliance with company laws, tax laws and STPI regulations, customs & excise requirements, etc.).

- Prepare and file periodic returns with regulatory agencies.

- Maintain and renew all company related insurance policies.

- Facilitate the smooth completion of statutory and tax audits.

- Handle issues related to transfer pricing.

- Maintain and renew all company contracts with vendors and others.

Skills & Qualification:

- Should be a Chartered Accountant.

- Excellent knowledge of existing accounting and tax regulations.

- Excellent knowledge of statutory requirements related to Company law, customs & excise regulations, STPI regulations, etc.

- Experience in working with Accounting packages.

- Expert knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent analytical ability.

- Experience in Oracle Financials.

- Good communication skills and time management skills.
