United Gulf Bank - Deputy Manager/Manager - Asset Management & Investment Banking

We at United Gulf Bank in Bahrain are looking to hire candidates with strong Investment Management / Corporate finance / Private Equity / background. The incumbent should have at least five - six years of experience in Investment Management, PE investments, M&A (Buy and sell side), valuation and transactions experience.

Typical role would involve:

- Conduct preliminary review & analysis of proposed new investments and prepare investment proposals for investment opportunities

- Develop power point presentations and present to clients, related companies and to UGB management

- Undertake company valuations and investment appraisals using multitude of valuation methodologies commonly used

- Be well versed with the investment monitoring process and undertake periodic monitoring, including preparation of financial models

- Ability to comprehend legal documents and assist in the negotiations of legal terms & conditions relating to any investment proposal

- Support Head of AMIB in working towards achieving UGB's strategic plan and overall organizational objectives

Qualifications:

- Post graduate degree in accounting, finance and economics
