- Professional HSE qualification (BE/B.Tech and 1-year PDIS)

Additional: ME/M.Tech in Industrial Safety or Environment Engineering.

Additional: NEBOSH , Lead Auditor ISO 14001 and 45001.

- 10+ years of related HSE experience in Manufacturing sector and preferable from FMCG sector.

Responsibilities :

- Act as the EHS subject matter expert on all Environmental Health Safety related areas and drive the compliance, Operations of water and waste water treatment system, Process Hazard Analysis, Inspection and auditing of the system.

- Provide in-depth knowledge support on all EHS related legal & statutory like factories act, environment protection act, hazardous management rules.etc

- Support brewery in conducting and reviewing due diligence on brownfield, greenfield and operational brewery, ensuring 100% legal compliance.

- Collaborate with cross function team to lead the Emergency response team, Fire Fighters and First Aiders.

- Support the WTP/ETP/STP O&M team for day to day operation.

- Derive the brewery to achieve ZERO INJURY AND PPE FREE ZONE.

- Liaison with Government and statutory authority.

- Handles matters related to reporting and investigation of industrial accidents (both internal & external as per matrix).
