Unit4 ERP Consultant/Lead

Roles and Responsibilities: This role will be ERP system development focused and also to support end user, month end process, system and business-focused support tasks and thoroughly understand business practices and procedures and supporting the business systems in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Responsibilities:

Implementation of modules/functionalities in the ERP system (UNIT4 ERP)

- To work on the enhancement of the ERP system

- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.

- To identify recurring issues and documenting fixes in order to hand over to Service Line.

- To ensure end-user and technical support documentation is in place for all project and development releases.

- Assist with more complex 3rd line systems problems and queries (logged via a IT Helpdesk system)
