JOB PURPOSE :
- Create product and policy framework for Tractor Financing
- To work as a key member in project launch team, supporting the product lead in creating - product program, policy & underwriting framework working closely with Risk/RCU/Collection and underwriting. Work on supporting system build requirements along with COE.

Benchmarking along with relevant functions for components of product program vis :
- Product features
- Commercials
- Risk & underwriting
- System workflow
- Collection
- Initial Product set up
- New product document creation
- Product code creation
- Profit cost center and GL code creation
- Cross sell framework
- Work with Life insurance team and other cross sell SPOC for cross sell product, pricing and proposition.
- Product suite finalization
- Customer communication frame
- Business MIS & Reports
- Reporting module development
- Reporting & MIS framework
