Essential Functions:
- Hands on experience of handling recruitment for different levels
- Understand all the recruitment channels like Search Partners, Referrals, Portals, Social Media, Campus Placements and Advertisements
- Should have experience in handling vendors, referrals and payouts and campus placements
- Support Frontline hiring requirements and partner with Frontline teams effectively
- Preparing, analyzing and reporting metrics related to people, cost & capacity
- Analyzing performance metrics as & when required
- Preparing leadership presentations and report-outs
- Working with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy & consistency in reporting at multiple platforms
- Innovate and introduce best in class, prospective industry leading practices for the function
Primary Internal Interactions:
- Work with leader virtually in a different location and represent fact based progress consistently
- Work with Operations for data collation, analysis, clarification & coordination
- Work with different Ops/Functional owners as part of stake holder management
- Work with central Business Analytics team for guidance and best practices
- Work with Digitization team to provide inputs for the LOBs
- Prepare hiring reports for Leadership, Functional Managers and Leaders
Primary External Interactions:
- All critical channel partners, Hiring Facilitators, Hiring Assessment Partners, and nominated specific networking forum representatives
Organizational Relationships:
- Reports To: Manager - Staffing, Talent Acquisition
- Supervises: No resource (Individual Contributor role)
Technical Skills :
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (including Macros)
- Knowledge of Visual Basic & MS - Access preferred
- Excellent presentation skills (MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Flowchart and process maps
Process Specific Skills:
- Experience in a Planning & Analysis / Reporting processes
- Documentation experience preferred
Education Requirements:
- Graduate with Specialization in HR preferred, prior experience of working in BPO Hiring critical for this role
- Innovative, Strong Execution focus with Good communication skills; Ability to forge strong relationships with internal Clients and external vendors; Market savvy on hiring practices
- 1130-2130 hrs. (Flexible to be able to manage hiring requirements in evolution periods, and needs of change )
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years Industry experience in hiring with different channels for Unit Manager designation
