Unit Manager - Individual Home Buyers - B2C Sales

- 7+ Years of work experience required in B2C/D2C of home and hospitality interiors division.

- Must have handled a Team

Position Reporting to : National Manager - Sales , Individual Home Buyers segment.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Sales Turnover, Customer Experience, Stakeholder Relationship for the Unit

- Responsible for delivery on the Key Performance Indicators, thereby generating loyal network of influencers and increasing brand value.

- Building and managing a team with rigor, achievement orientation and persistence that operates efficiently and becomes the cause on the matter of customer experience to deliver excellent satisfaction scores

- Scouting for Opportunities to reach out to End Consumers through various Sources and increase business in the most cost effective way.

- Building successful partnerships to create an ecosystem that rides on trust with diverse stake holders of Channel Partners, Service Partners, display partners and Influencers by aligning them to the benchmarked consumer experience.

- Multitasking abilities to manage commercial transactions (PI, PO, receivables) with consumers and diverse influencers stake holders (Interior designers, Kitchen studios, Bath stores and Trades)

- Driving achievement orientation and exhibit execution excellence (sales tools, systems, process adoption) with the team both below and also from other internal functions.

- Have a strong sense of technology orientation to constantly improve processes and customer experience

- Challenges 'Status Quo' and constantly presents pathways to improve the end consumer experience.

- Understand Competition Offerings and constantly raise the bar of customer experience.

- Collaborate and closely work with other business representatives of the region increasing the sales geography and identifying prospective customers

- One point of contact for escalations and be supportive with the team during escalations along with Perpetuating positive customer experience.

- Is accountable primarily for a sales of Shower Enclosures, Kitchen shutters, Aspira, RTU, Windows and wardrobes but will also look for opportunity for other products and its KRA includes
