Incumbent would be responsible to handle entire gamut of HR for multi specialty hospital
Role and Responsibility:- Well versed with recruitment sourcing for hospital and nursing colleges
- Incumbent should have good understanding of applicable labor laws
- Incumbent should have hands on exposure of running payroll ( end to end )
- Incumbent should have understanding of manpower planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Incumbent should be well versed with HR Operations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, compulsorily in in Hospital domain
