Unit Head - Human Resources - Hospital

- Unit Head HR required to manage a landmark hospital run by a diversified conglomerate in Kolkata. The ideal candidate would be in the age group of 35 - 40 years. 

- The incumbent as Head HR will have to lead the entire gamut of HR function including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, On-boarding / Induction, Performance Management, Talent & Leadership Development, HR Operations. 

- The role involves multi stakeholder management in a matrix framework and lead a team of HR professionals. Relevant work ex in the range of 15 years. 

- The incumbent would report into the business head responsible for running the hospital with functional reporting to the Group Head HR. Please apply only if you have current or prior work experience in a hospital set up.
