Unit Head - Human Resources - FMCG

We are in search of Unit Head HR for our esteemed Client, a renowned FMCG company.

The position will be entirely responsible for HR and IR operation of the plant, will report to Unit Head operations and HR Head at corporate.

Candidates having experience in Factory HR activities need apply only. Local candidates from KARNATAKA are preferred for this position. Candidates having MBA degree through distance learning programe need not apply.

JD:

MBA/MSW with 10 to 16 years experience in plant level HR/IR activities.

Recruitment and On boarding

Performance Appraisal,

Statutory Compliance,

Employee Relations / IR

HR Budgeting and Monitoring,

Policy implementation

Training and Development

Liason with local Admin,

Inter departmental coordination.
