Job Description :
- Managing end-to-end HR operations at Unit.
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, providing strategic support in the areas of workforce planning.
- Responsible for Planning and organizing employees Engagement.
- HR Policy Formulation and implementation.
- HR Operations, Recruitment & Selection.
- Designing and conducting training programs and ensuring that the initiatives are aligned with the organizational goals.
- Timely closure of queries/grievances raised related to HR/Admin/Payroll and disciplinary matters.
- Managing compensation benchmarks to maintain external parity for key positions, as per benchmarking.
- Statutory Compliance management.
