JOB PURPOSE :

To lead a team to deliver the desired organizational goals with optimal utilization of resources and operational efficiency in order to achieve the targeted profitability.

WORK RELATIONS :

Internal Interface - Consultants, Department Heads, Management Team, Employees and Senior Leadership Team.

External Interface - Patients, Vendors, Suppliers, Statutory Authorities, Government Authorities, Patient Parties.

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Identifying performance targets & accountabilities, Reviewing & evaluating performance against the targets, Identifying & addressing deviations & its relevant causes.

- Generate revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA

- To ensure optimum utilization of the resources like Manpower and equipments in order to increase revenue and EBIDTA.

- To analyze the customer feedback on an ongoing basis to assess and action areas of improvement and training in order to take corrective and preventive actions to enhance customer satisfaction

- Is responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the unit.

- Strategic business planning of the Support Service Units.

- To monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as required to deliver care as per quality standards defined

- Implementation of Clinical and administrative protocols & procedures

- Provide prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service to all stakeholders.

- Ensures optimum utilization of facilities & services.

- Ensuring that all clinical as well as non clinical processes and protocols are adhered to.

- Monitor the key performance indicators of the unit and initiate corrective action, whenever necessary.

- Plan and implement up gradation of the unit facilities, product equipment and services in coordination with the President .To ensure regular preventive maintenance, checklist in place with proper scheduling in order to provide better ambience and cleanliness to the facility

- Establishing MIS in critical areas to assist in monitoring, reporting & problem solving

- Ensures relevant statutory requirements and norms are met so as to achieve efficiency of business operations.

- Enabling the employee's development by specifying their job competencies & through training.

- Handle medico legal issues in conjunction with the President.

- To reduce expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.

- Monitoring & reviewing all patient related services to ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction Index

- To engage with the team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback, coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results

Counseling-HOD, Admin-HOD, Social Work-HOD, Customer Relation/Bed Mgt-HOD,

F&B-Executive, Dietary-HOD, GM- Central Procurement, GM- Material Management, HOD-Pharmacy, Finance- Head, HR- Head

IT- Team, Facilities-DGM

- Qualification and Experience: MHA/MBA, MBBS/MD preferable.
