Key Deliverables -&nbsp; - Own and drive the sales and unit targets for all products by active involvement in Project Sales and Channel Development - Prepare and lead the monthly plan for sales and distribution, BTL activities for promotion, POS visibility and brand building - Build a strong channel sales network by appointment of new distributors and dealers, and expansion into new geography - Manage Sales Order Funnel and maintain stage wise tracking - lead, prospect, specification, order, payment, delivery for project orders - Manage key accounts and OEMs - large customers with repeat orders and ensure proper service levels - Manage week wise phasing of order quantities of projects and distributors, prepare factory production forecast accordingly and maintain warehouse inventory, to ensure timely delivery, and smooth production and dispatch at factory - Prepare and monitor daily sales plan, beat plan and market coverage plan of self and sub-ordinates - Build relationships with key influencers, architects, Interior designers, builders and contractors Key attributes: - Young, highly energetic, self motivated, problem solver, good at planning and excellent at execution - Open to travel - out of station 10 days/month, locally at base station 10 days/month - People management skills to build a team, groom new team members and manage existing ones - Technical competence to understand design drawings, product tech specs and participate in discussion with the engineering/project/purchase team - Well versed with Hindi, English and Telugu for interacting with channel partners, influencers and customers
