Qualification- B.E. (Mech/Automobile)/DME/MBA

Designation- GM/SGM

Preferred Experience -18 to 26 Years

Compensation -12 to 18 Lakh PA

Location: Belgaum (Karnataka)

Industry: CI Foundry

Reporting to: MD

Responsibilities:

- To oversee all the activities relating to Units efficiently, effectively, ethically and timely.

- Production of intricate Castings, using different types of core Materials & Moulding Materials (Viz., Airset sand , No bake Sand, Green sand Shell Core as per requirement).

- Improvement of Productivity and Quality.

- Customer Complaint Analysis & Rectification Cost Reduction Overall operation and maintenance of the plant including H R Development Activities in Foundry Marketing and its administration.

- Implementation of Quality systems Readjustment of Resources Control over Material inflow Total Discipline in the Organisation
