- Understand, own and deliver the Multi-Partner ecosystem strategy of the Company
- Complete ownership of the entire digital campaign strategy of the business with direct control over budgets spends and sourcing channels.
- Responsible for overachieving monthly customer funnel targets for metrics such as eligible leads and approval in principle
- Build and manage a team of campaign managers across channels such as performance marketing, affiliates, alliances, mobile app etc.
- Responsible for delivering on the cost and revenue metrics of the business P&L by overachieving on the targeted cost of acquisition and increasing efficiency of business conversion by correctly calibrating channel mix
- Build and deliver projects such as reject re-churn and nudge frameworks to deliver a multi-partner business.
- Analyze & adapt digital campaigns according to user behavior using Web/App Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Branch & Mouseflow).
- A/B, multivariant Testing on user journey & optimizing the same for maximum DIY.
