CTC offer : 35.00 L to 45.00 L Job Profile: - Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Balance Sheet, Profit &amp; Loss Account, - Cash Flow statement along with Variance Analysis as compared to Budget. - Submission of Financials Standalone &amp; Consolidated on Quarterly Basis - Capitalization of Fixed Assets as per Accounting Standards. - Direct &amp; Indirect Tax compliance till Completion of Assessment. - Monitoring of Bill Payable - Capex and Opex. - Timely payments to Vendors, Monitoring Letter of Credit and Buyers Credit. Cash flow management. - Statutory Audit, IFC Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Management Audit, Service Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit, Income Tax Audit etc. - Strategic Planning, Preparation &amp; adherence to Business Plan / Budget. - Strict Adherence of Internal Financial Control in the Organisation. - Responsible for overall Insurance at Factory - Maintaining and Updating the Assets Register. - Responsible for timely financial accounting until finalization under Ind-AS as well as IGAAP - Managing the treasury function and fund allocation - Responsible for taxation matters (direct and indirect) - Controlling location budget and tracking periodical spending Banking co-ordination - Supporting the corporate team for monthly MIS - Co-ordination with GBS team for AP and AR function - Capitalization of Assets - Tracking and evaluating related party transactions - Supporting unit heads/ HODs for various site related activities including dealing with statutory authorities - Monitoring and tracking project progress - Compilation of Annual Operating Plan - Variance Analysis and timely feedback for operating performance - Liaising with various stake holders, departments and peers for operation performance - Attending Tax Audit, Statutory audits, Internal Audits and Income; Indirect Tax - Team management
