Taking overall responsibility as a center head   - New vendor identification and Selection of vendor for New Product Development  - Cost Working, Negotiation for Price finalization, Cost Savings  - Initiating activities for bringing in cost reductions in the product & process.  - Process Control, Capacity Planning, Ensure the Process Capability  - Problem Resolving at Vendor side  - Rationalizing the Suppliers   - Ensure the continuous improvement   - Realizing the Monthly schedule and ensure the material on time to avoid Assembly delay.  - Submit the Monthly report to Top Management  - Vendor Rating & Vendor Evaluation.  - Preparing Annual Rate Contracts with vendors for stock able items and timely renewal of contracts after complete review  - Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.  - Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.  - Executing factory manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy.  - Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.  - Reviewing the overall performance and identifying training necessities of production personnel.
