Location - Bathinda (Punjab)

Position - Unit/Center Head - Diagnostic Center.

Experience - Should have the experience of 10 to 15 years only in Hospital Industry.

Qualification - Any Graduate + MBA (Marketing/Hospital Administration) or MHA or MBBS + all Diploma with MBA/MHA/any other Diploma

Job Responsibility :

1. Generate ideas for the development of the unit and opportunities for research projects, keeping abreast of developments (in the international context) in order to contribute to the organisation's missions and goals.

2. Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the unit to enhance the quality of service and effective use of resources.

3. Act as a role model to doctors and other staff regarding the quality of treatment provided to patients and in the performance of other clinical activities.

4. Promote and support the development of Consultants, Medical Officers, Junior Doctors, and Paramedical staff by providing an environment for learning.

5. Ensure the consistent application of rules/regulations of the Center to maintain standards and promote equity and fairness.

6. Represent the unit in an advisory capacity to the Chief Medical Officer, Senior Leadership Team and other support functions to enhance decision making in relation to the growth and development of the Center.

7. Ensure the equipment is in good working order and medical supplies are available to maintain patient flow.
