Unisis Systems & Solutions - Senior Functional Consultant

This position is responsible for overseeing the functional implementation of whole organization. This role covers gap analysis and functional specifications definition, process re engineering, as well as the follow up on system best practices and post implementation usage. The employee collaborates with finance, operations, trading and technology partners to identify, develop, and implement best and leading core business processes in order to drive business transformation

Education required :

University degree in Business Administration with major in Finance/Accounting/Controlling alternatively with complementary studies in Information Systems Management

Experience required :

- 4 - 10 years minimum of strong operational experience in either accounting roles or financial systems deployment. Experience in financial processes and ERP implementations is must.

- Experience in participating in cross-functional project teams environment; ability to perform in various roles from individual contributor to a leadership role; ability to contribute to planning, organization and managing of project teams using a structured delivery methodology.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

- Fundamental understanding of core accounting and finance processes is required.

- Strong ability to gather & analyze information, define problems and form a plan of action.

- Exceptional organizational ability with a very strong attention to detail.

- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of this role.

- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other business organizations; successful experience in working with diverse groups of people in a problem-solving environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical skills/knowledge : SQL server, C#

- Experience with functional and technical aspects of major enterprise business systems and related technologies, e.g. ERP/SAP, other reporting and consolidation tools will be an advantage.
