Grown Brilliance (associated with Unique Designs, Inc) is an emerging lab grown diamond jewelry brand in the United States taking its business direct-to-consumer through an e-commerce pureplay website featuring high quality lab grown diamond jewelry in the luxury goods space. Our mission is to bring affordable luxury to consumers on a frictionless ecommerce platform. The company is supported by a vertically integrated jewelry manufacturing supply chain. The E-commerce Product Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform to create an optimal customer experience and drive sales.

The candidate hired will serve as the liaison between the business executives and technical development team. They will manage all projects and timelines for new functionality and third-party integrations, define business requirements, coordinate technology integrations, and manage the technology stack.

- With a focus on conversion, oversee the digital shopping experience on the website including search, navigation, filtering, cross-sell, upsell, personalization, cart, and checkout

- Manage the technology roadmap to achieve business and sales goals

- Prioritize strategic goals, projects, and daily tasks to maximize productivity over time

- Manage the technology stack including payment gateways, tax software, fraud detection, live chat, ratings & reviews, transactional and newsletter emails, social media, and other third-party integrated technology solutions.

- Develop projects and timelines to launch new site functionality and third-party integrations aimed at increasing traffic, conversions, and revenues

- Research, evaluate, and report on potential third-party software and application providers

- Assess and document competitor websites and functionality and present best practices to business leaders

- Gather business requirements for new development and provide detailed requirements and direction to developers

- Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing protocols to evaluate the efficacy of new ideas and functionality

- Develop detailed site metrics reporting and KPIs to track performance over time; utilize data to influence strategic roadmap

- Communicate with business managers to create efficiencies in the tools and resources used to run the business on daily basis

- Stay on top of e-commerce trends and best practices particularly in the luxury goods market

- Insist on a mobile first approach to design and functionality

- Provide training to business users on new front end and backend functionalities

- Identify and manage product defects, while putting in timely requests for modifications

- Manage staging environment releases, confirm all business requirements are met, and create user testing plans to ensure new product releases are ready for launch

- Prepare launch go/no-go checklists and create contingency plans

- Negotiate project priorities and workload with internal stakeholders

Prerequisites :

- Bachelors degree and 5+ years experience in product management, project management, or digital retail required

- Familiarity with US based e-commerce best practices

- Fluency in e-commerce technology both front end and backend

- World-class prioritization skills

- Strong data-analysis skills

- Outstanding communications skills, both oral and written

- Proven track record of managing digital experience and strategic technology roadmap, including third-party software integrations

- Deep experience with Google Analytics

- Strong problem-solving skills detail oriented, creative, and practical

- Knowledge of jewelry industry is beneficial
