Manager, Business Developent
Your responsibilities:
- Development of a plan to reach selected/tactical partners in the relevant target markets or channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new markets & customer needs.
- Build, Develop & Maintain relationships with key decision-makers/stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts & close deals, achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
- Experience to work in fast growth environment & hands-on sales skills.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to prepare & deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing unique value proposition of UniPin.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Establish a strong brand image for UniPin through strategic initiatives, including participation in events, conferences, meet-ups, seminars & discussion forums.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends & market developments, providing strategic insights for business growth & driving innovation.
- Continuously seek new ways to identify & improve new directions for the company to grow, pushing the boundaries of business development.
- Remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
- Able to work independently and ability to execute projects successfully.
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in a BD/ Partnerships/ Sales role, preferably in Gaming/ Retail/ Tech/ Payments start-up.
- Experience in successfully building & implementing commercial strategies.
- Effectively manage partnerships end-to-end.
- Entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive business growth & development
- Excellent communication, data analytics & presentation skills.
- Excellent networking, communication & presentation skills with the ability to discover & close opportunities.
- Experience with digital content, mobile gaming, fintech or equivalent.
