- Conduct competitive pay assessments, evaluate jobs, review promotion and compensation requests, and provide recommendations to the compensation team, management, HR business partners and talent acquisition.

- Partner with compensation and HRIS team members to support annual rewards process for base pay, bonus and equity rewards. Support systems set-up, review management recommendations, and prepare analyses for executive presentations.

- Support annual benefit renewals and oversee day-to-day benefits administration in India and other countries as assigned, partnering with our benefit brokers, advisors, carriers and vendors to provide outstanding support to our employees.

- Partner with HRIS and HR operations to implement system/tool enhancements, ensure accuracy and integrity of compensation data in HRMS, and identify process improvement opportunities.

- Complete global salary and benefits surveys & respond to inquiries from survey providers.

- May support recognition program and may maintain global salary ranges, job codes, grades, bonus targets, and/or equity ranges.

- Ensure compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes.

- Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide other support as requested.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 3+ years related experience; experience in a US multi-national high-tech company highly desired.

- Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through.

- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion.

- Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

- Advanced Excel plus strong Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Working knowledge of current compensation, benefits and employment laws.

- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment.

- Experience with Workday HRMS and compensation modules a plus.
