Responsibilities:

- Successful Transitioned R2R Controllership function for Operations

- Stabilized the R2R Process post Migration

- Record to Report - Managing end to end Month End Accounting & Reporting for Operations & Technology Vertical

- Stakeholder Management : Regular Interaction with Business Counterparts to review performance evaluation

- Managing Audit facilitation (R2R, AP, O2C) - Audit Compliance & Control

- Driving Process Improvement/Process Re-designing to eliminate NVA and enhance process efficiency & productivity

- Responsible for Project Management i.e Identification of Value Added Projects, Timely Toll Gate to monitor the Progress and successful completion.

- Balance Sheet Substantiation

- Identifying Risks and built controls and support RCSA function

- Closing & Reporting (FA, Intercompany, Prepaid, ME Journals, Reconciliation, reporting etc.), Controlling, Month End Reporting, Financial Statements, Regulatory Reporting and MIS reporting

- Risk Assessment & Management, Accounting Systems & Controls and Indian GAAP

- Spearheaded the planning and implementation of best practices including process improvements and problem solving, process re-engineering, Process integration, estimation of FTE, training timeframes, escalation matrix etc.

- Exposure of working on ERP Packages and other Accounting Softwares
