Job Title: IT Manager SAP GRC  Location: Bangalore  Role Details  SAP GRC is playing a critical role in the whole of assurance process which is delivered through the Access Control and Process Control capabilities. This solution gives major benefit to the business not only reducing the cost of control review process achieved via continuous monitoring capability and overall risk free access management via Access Request Manager, ARA, EAM capabilities.   ERP Security is high profile with broad and significant reliance placed on the SAP Application Security Baseline Controls as a reference point for correct security practice. These controls are a focus for audit and are aligned with SoX and other information security controls and must be as complete, current and accurate as possible.  Need to focus on project initiatives, at the same time ensuring the control focus is not dropped anytime. Working with the extended business / IT teams bringing out the best suited solution for any monitoring or access initiates, security monitoring enhancement, audit support, Authorization initiatives etc.  Since this area is very critical and has very limited understanding within business teams, needs to play a critical role in establishing understanding of the tool across the business / IT teams  Process and Technology knowledge required:  - How business functions operates, user access management processes, Segregation of duties processes, Internal controls requirements and processes  - Compliance, regulatory requirements like Sarbanes Oxley, Internal & External audit requirements  - Added advantage to have Business processes understanding in the area of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Record to Report and MDM etc and associated risks to the business from process and segregation of duties perspectives  Relevant Experience:  - Overall 6-10 years with 4+ years of SAP Access / Process Control implementation, Consulting and Auditing  - Must know the Basics of User administration, Role Administration- End to end process. This is most important.  - Need to have clear understanding of SAP Architecture & Integration points.  - Good understanding and experience in SAP GRC Access control & Process control modules and other GRC Tools available  - Good understanding of SAP Security best practices, need to be street smart and be well aware of best practices to be implemented.  - Keen to learn and update on the latest tools and technologies like SAP Netweaver Identity Management, Mobile solutions, Cloud solution and how these tools, technologies and end solution will help business gain return on investments and is beneficial in their day to day business activities.
