The entire Global SAP operations which include - Innovation for new business capability, ongoing Operations and Support as well as landscape management is handled by - Enterprise Solutions- .

- Global Solutions Delivery- (GSD) is one of the key components and Global Innovation arm of Unilever's - Enterprise Solutions- which handles delivery of all technology solution based projects for Unilever. We are currently looking at hiring professionals for the - Warehousing- function of - Global Solutions Delivery- team.

Business Processes Covered: Inbound, Outbound and Internal Warehousing processes

SAP Modules Covered: SAP ECC WM, SAP EWM, Integration of WM-EWM with SD, MM, PP, SAP Enterprise Business Integration etc.

Role Description

Enterprise Solution is a Global Virtual team with its largest hub in Whitefield Bangalore. Other satellite hubs are in - Istanbul Turkey, Sao Paulo Brazil, Hamburg Germany, Barcelona Spain and Liverpool UK. We are looking at hiring entry and mid level managers to be based out of Bangalore but part of the Global team. GSD works with a mix of internal and partner resources. The overall accountability for delivery of Innovation resides with the internal GSD resources while the partners are leveraged for their expertise in doing the actual Application Development and Support work. The roles in Enterprise Solutions would be in one of the following broad categories:

Key Responsibility - Own and deliver Global Projects in particular process areas. For example a manager working in Global Innovation - Warehousing, would be responsible for all SAP Projects being delivered in the Warehousing space globally. This would include having a working knowledge of the warehousing business process, how the same can be modeled in the respective SAP modules, ensuring that the Global design meets business needs and delivering Business Transformation projects with the help of partners. He/She would work in a cross-cultural environment with both internal and vendor teams located across the globe, and would need to travel occasionally.

Requirements for the Role

- MBA from a Premier institute

- Prior work experience in SAP in end user or consulting organization, preferably (not mandatorily) in warehousing domain (viz. WM, EWM, integration of WM-EWM with SD, MM, PP etc.)

- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager as a key user will be a added advantage

- The work experience can range from 2- 5 years

- Excellent inter-personal skills and stakeholder management

- Global experience - working cross country and cross cultures would be added advantage

- Ability to manage large multi country projects with large outsourced teams
