The Landscape Manager is a critical role with high responsibility.   - The landscape manager will be responsible for the critical activities in keeping a landscape safe, secure and resilient like release management, performance management, security and KEC.   Main Accountabilities:  - Responsibility for System Performance KPIs  - SAP Max Attention Contract  - Housekeeping Activities  - Project Support and On boarding  - Incident Management and Root cause analysis  - Security & Compliance   - Landscape Release Manager - Integrated Planning-   - Landscape Release Manager - AD & Change Control-   - Landscape Regression Testing (RT) management  Knowledge & Experience:-  Previous Role:  - Innovation Quadrant Role e.g. Project Management, Test Management, Business Analysis  Experience Functional / External:  - Able to draw on experience of working in prior projects and programmes and apply to role  Release Management Knowledge:  - ITIL V3 Foundation(optional)  Functional Knowledge:  - Business requirements and risks relating to ERP   - Application architecture and development relating to ERP   External Knowledge:  - Basic Appreciation of external Industry and Third Parties in Unilever  Secondary IT Skills:  - Risk Management  - Conflict Resolution
