- 2-3 yrs of IT exp + MBA( General management / Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics)

- Experience in SAP/ ORACLE ( SC based application, transportation application, logistics )

- Functional exp in terms of large scale, country wide ( regional or overall country roll out)

- Should be in Change Management role.

- Should ensure the Minimum impact / Resistance

- Needs to have hands on experience, driven change management, attended workshop & documentation and presentations.

Main Job Purpose :

The Change Management and Deployment Lead support the Change, Risk & Benefits Management agenda for complex rollouts. This role will focus on leading the overall change management within the ETS Deliver Business Operations - including changes to business processes, systems and technology impacting functions, ways of workings, job roles and organization structures involving multiple stakeholders and different business entities in a complex environment.

The primary responsibility will be to gain an understanding of the as- is and the future to-be business processes and application system design to lead, manage and control the resulting changes and address challenges by devising and executing end to end change management strategies and plans .To participate, collaborate and contribute to document changes (formally), lead the overall gap identification and impact analysis, risk identification,analysis and mitigation, perform integrated change assessment with benefit realisation.

This role will be proactive in delivering efficiencies with complexity reduction and will be responsible to develop training materials/modules, SOPs, devise curriculum, drive training plan and oganisational trainings, perform readiness assessment and proactively works to bridge the gaps, creatlievly drives the roadshows and change related communication .There by increasing user adoption and accelerated usage and minimize resistance to change.

Key Accountibilities:

- Apply a proven structured methodology and framework to create change management strategy to lead complex and business critical change management activities involving system and process rollouts to proactively assess the change impact that generate value for the business.

- Understand and Analyise the as-is and to-be business processes and systems, identify and document factors influencing the deployment and drive change management of new or alternative business processes & systems.

- Consult, Collaborate and lead the overall effort to document change and perform - As-IS and To-Be Gap/Impact analysis identify where roles and responsibility changes reside and adrees such gaps.

- Participate and Contribute in workshops to document and summarise the key takeways. Coordinate with business team, solution delivery teams and business operations to finalize the application and process training strategy and curriculum, SOPs, training need survey and assessment.

- Devise, maintain and lead the overall training plan and develop training material of new or amended services, processes, procedures, Systems, tools and techniques. Conduct TTT-Train The Trainer Sessions.

- Evaluate and ensure user, systems, tool and training readiness before rollout/Golive/UAT. Review progress and following up on open issues from training execution, collect feedback pre and post rollout for improvement opportunities. Work on training material simplification and harmonisation.

- Overall accountable for the change management of the projects, minimising the impact.

- Ensuring the smooth integration of new business processes and tools with organisational structure and culture.

- Assess the implications of new processes, systems and tools on both people and organisation and identify the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition to new processes & tools.

- Support the definition of operational acceptance criteria for new and changed processes and tools and support Service Operations in judging if operational acceptance criteria have been met.

- Capture, build and share internal and external best practices.

- Support testing where appropriate and educate extended user base on solutions as required through transitions.

- Create and maintain training knowledge base to be made available professionally through ES organisation to the business .

- Will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

Other responsibilities:

- Support business in mapping of business roles with new application roles and provide inputs for participants for train the trainer and end user training.

- Collaborate efforts with other specialists

- Integrate change management activities into overall project plan
