Main Job Purpose: (A concise statement setting out the main purpose and objectives of the job.)
Responsible for general support of the operation of the Centre of Excellence.Supporting the areas of SAP CLM system, CPMO Service, Reporting & Analytics and Compliance across Unilever Procurement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive implementation of projects and IT changes to software used in Unilever Procurement by keeping the functional teams and stakeholders engaged
- Ensure the systems in use are fit for business needs, design changes to improve the fit
- Lead and coordinate the external service provider reporting team, implement tools & reports to address business requirements
- Enable fact based decision making through periodic analysis and reporting of leading metrics
- Assist in preparing and conducting COE exposures and presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders
- Efficient, timely and transparent communication to stakeholders
- Manage and channel information requests, that could come from all angles of the business.
- Be the single point of contact in engagement with user communities within Procurement
- Support users and conduct training sessions
- Assist in defining future-proof measures for procurement to drive efficiencies
- Assist in implementing ways of working with external service providers and internal procurement teams through Change Management
- Work together with other functions like Controls, Enterprise & Technology Services, Finance, Legal, Tax on processes design and implementation
- Co-ordinate and support process harmonization and optimization
- Proactively identify, develop and implement best practices globally
- Work within defined Procurement procedures (Ways of Working) and adhere to the Code of Business Principles at all times
- Work in an effective, cohesive team environment
- Support the procurement organization to meet goals and objectives in support to the overall Unilever strategy
Projects :
- Drive time-bound actions to improve contract compliance across the business
- Drive actions to implement a pro-active, fast and simple contracting process
- Drive the implementation of modern analytics to fit the business requirements
Business engagement :
- Measure and report KPI's related to service, performance and contract compliance
- Provide reporting solutions to fit the business requirements based on the active business agenda
- Engage users, external service providers, leadership to raise awareness and knowledge around the business processes
Professional Skills :
(The minimum requirement from the JSP should be described, incl degrees/qualifications preferred.)
ESSENTIAL :
- Minimum educational level: Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required :
ESSENTIAL :
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain in FMCG or Consultancy for Procurement/Supply Chain related initiatives
- Ability to understand processes within the Procurement value chain
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
PREFERRED :
- Experience in significant process changes/implementations concerning Procurement/Supply Chain with large scale companies
- Experience in SAP Sourcing/CLM Software
- Experience in SAP ECC Procurement Modules
- Experience in Modern Analytics
Travel :
- As per job/site requirements - average travel anticipated up to 2 weeks per year (domestic/international)
