About the Role:

To ensure success as a Product Manager, candidates should have a strong quantitative background, demonstrate empathy, and have good written and verbal communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Product Manager will have excellent management abilities and coordination with various functions. They will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, strategy and roadmap to ensure success of the company's educational products.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying market opportunities and customer needs through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap that align with the company's goals

- Working cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, design, sales and marketing to bring products to market

- Owning the product life cycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction Developing pricing, positioning and go-to-market plans for products

- Analyzing product performance data and making data-driven decisions to optimize product outcomes

- Representing the product internally and externally, including presenting to senior leadership and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Business, Technology) 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, with experience in K-12 education industry preferred

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills

- Experience using data to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes

- Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
