Unifi Capital, one of India's leading Portfolio Management Firms, is looking to bring on board an experienced B2C Marketing Professional with proven expertise in leveraging social media platforms. Role: To lead the development of Unifi's direct-to-customer channel. The Professional will use social media platforms to build Unifi's brand, formulate and execute strategies to communicate the firm's philosophy and capability to elicit interest from discerning Investors exploring allocation to listed Indian equities. Responsibilities: - Ensure Unifi's brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. - Review all existing marketing material &amp; campaigns and enhance them to best-in-class. - Evaluate and develop newer marketing strategies/campaigns for targeting B2C segment. - Formulate SEO &amp; SEM plans to promote - Brand Unifi- and create a marketing framework to leverage Digital Media. - Prepare marketing budgets with the potential cost-benefit (both tangible and intangible) analysis. - Deepen engagement with existing clients by collaborating with other departments including Research and Sales. - Strategically create / co-create highly topical trending content to increase Unifi's brand relevance &amp; foster intellectual engagement with potential clientele. - Continuously ideate and innovate within the digital media and manage content across social media and professional platforms. - Take ownership of branding and marketing and propose/make decisions that are in the best interests of the company. Qualification &amp; Experience: - Minimum 7 to 10 years- experience in the Marketing domain and Corporate Communications with proven hands-on expertise in digital marketing. - MBA in Marketing or a Postgraduate degree in Advertising / Mass Media / Journalism from reputed colleges / universities. - Good Interpersonal &amp; Communication Skills - both oral &amp; written along with the ability to work with other departments to achieve results. - Understanding of Capital Markets, Equities and Mutual Funds Industry would be a great plus.
