Senior Manager / AVP IT & Systems for a proposed AMC (MF)

Role: Senior Manager / AVP - IT & Systems for a proposed AMC (mutual fund) entity of Unifi Capital.

Group Profile:

Unifi Capital is a 22-year-old investment management firm managing assets over INR 20,000 Cr on behalf of ~10,000 clients across PMS, AIF, and advisory platforms.

Position Summary - Unifi is seeking a Senior Manager / AVP - IT & Systems with 5+ of experience, preferably in the mutual fund industry or with SEBI regulated entities, for a position based in Chennai.

The ideal candidate must have a strong capability of managing the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud infrastructure, IT network architecture, M365, SIEM, and other cyber security solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

- Managing the overall IT security posture of the company.

- Developing and implementing Information Security and Cyber security risk management policies, cyber security framework and other circulars as specified by SEBI

- Overseeing the development and implementation of IT processes and best practices

- Managing Active directory, backup solutions, enterprise antivirus management, patch management solutions and group policy management

- Managing information security audits, VAPT audits, risk assessments, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery drills

- Providing relevant information to the Chief Risk Officer regarding information security and cyber risks

- Ensuring regulatory compliance, IT GRC, data security, ISO 27001, third party risk management, business continuity/DR, and IT security technologies

- Conducting cloud hosting security assessments & providing day-to-day IT operation and support

- Assisting with server, storage, backup, restoration configuration, and administration

- Continuously reviewing user data access policy across the network.

- Implementing and practicing network and data security practices.

Qualifications: Bachelors / Master's in information technology or computer science.

Compensation: As per industry standards with potential for significant performance-based upside.
