- We are currently seeking finance professionals with structured credit experience for our category III AIF - "Unifi High Yield Fund".&nbsp; - The Manager would be responsible for building relationship with various investment bankers and debt market intermediaries to attract structured credit investment opportunities, assist in appraisal and underwriting, deal documentation and post investment portfolio monitoring.&nbsp; - Currently, the high yield fund invests in various debt instruments ranging from commercial papers to perpetual bonds across the rating spectrum right from AAA to BBB. We also have some allocation to unrated papers.&nbsp; - The Manager would be working on both primary as well as secondary debt deals. Knowledge on bond markets, pricing, yield curve, duration etc would be an added advantage. - Besides the external stakeholder, the manager would also be interacting with the accounting team, custody team, auditors, investment committee members and the board of trustees in relation to the debt investments made by the Fund.&nbsp; - Overall, the selected professional will be performing the role of an assistant fund manager with respect to the debt allocation of the fund.
