Unifi Capital, one of India's leading Asset Management firms, is looking for a skilled HR Manager who will lead the HR function with a key focus on employee engagement, training programs, hiring, and interviewing.

Responsibilities:

- To develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.

- Forecasting talent requirements and overseeing hiring.

- Conceptualizing & driving Employee Engagement.

- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

- Analysing compensation policies; implementing rewards & recognition programs.

- Ensuring compliance with Labour Regulations

Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.

- Ability to work with an organisation (with about 150 employees) and handle tasks individually

- Willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles

Qualification & Experience: Graduate / PG in HR from recognised Institutions. Proven track record as a HR Generalist, with at least 5+ years of experience.

Location: Chennai

The Remuneration package will be competitive with industry standards with the potential for significant performance-based upside.
