Unifi Capital - Manager - Finance for a proposed AMC (MF)

Role: Manager - Finance for a proposed AMC (mutual fund) entity of Unifi Capital.

Group Profile:

Unifi Capital is a 22-year-old investment management firm managing assets over INR 23,900 Cr on behalf of ~10,000 clients across PMS, AIF, and advisory platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

- Handle Accounts independently and report to Management

- Responsible for authorising and reviewing all day-to-day accounting and updating the ERP system

- Regulatory Compliance such as GST, TDS, PF & ESI, gratuity Including salary processing

- Receivable & Payable Management including vendor management

- Bank reconciliation

- Quarterly reporting of financials for the Board including finalization of Annual reports

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Daily Cash flow management

- Coordination with Banks, Internal audit & Statutory Audit

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for administrative related work

Required skills & Qualifications:

- CA / CA (inter) and Bachelor of commerce (B.COM.)

- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, with a Tally background, would be preferable.

Compensation: As per industry standards with the potential for significant performance-based upside.
