We are a fund management entity registered in GIFT City, Gandhinagar and looking for a self-motivated candidate with MINIMUM 5 years of post-qualification experience in BFSI Sector, preferably dealing with SEBI regulations and operations. Preference for experience with operations and compliance in investment-related firms or consulting firms providing services to security market firms. Compliance : - Design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class compliance, programs, policies, and practices for asset management entity under the International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). - Assisting with regulatory approvals, inquiries and /or examinations. - To ensure timely submission of regulatory and statutory compliances with IFSCA. - Researching any new reform rules and rule changes and implement policies, procedures, and other controls necessary to comply with the rules. - Develop a compliance reporting system. Operations and Finance : - Coordination and collaborating custodians, bankers, distributors and other third parties for the execution of asset management services e.g. custodian trade settlements, maintaining NAV, managing banking-related queries, distributors fees, periodical MIS etc. - To conduct due diligence, KYC checks and manage the onboarding of the clients. - Periodical reporting to clients. - Management MIS of the business. - Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, banking relationships, bank reconciliation etc. for the Gift City entity. - Manage end-to-end working and relations with people at IFSCA, SEZ, tax and other consultants. Qualification: Postgraduate. CS / CA will be added advantage Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad The Remuneration package will be competitive with industry standards with the potential for significant performance-based upside.
