Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Team lead/Manager for our Data Analytics Team, who will be responsible for creating,maintaining and analysing all business critical metrics such as revenue, efficiency, incentives, KPIs. The role is a team management role and will have a team of approximately 2-3 team members

- The Role is a part of the Business Operations BU, which looks at all operations post client acquisition (sales) and will report into the Director of Operations. The role will be high impact and will enable you to understand our business and equip you to become a part of company's core functions and of the SaaS Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of analysts to build and maintain all business critical metrics such as growth, revenue,Internal efficiency, incentives, team KPIs etc

- Develop and maintain tools for effective data management, visualization and interpretation (systemsdesign, dashboards, information graphics etc.)

- Build, maintain and improve complex data analysis models that help us track our business growth

- Identify and predict specific patterns to help better decision making with business stakeholders throughlatest technologies, with a chance to implement AI and LLMs if needed.

- Work closely with the product and tech teams to understand and help maintain the data pipelines (Datawarehouse etc)

- The Role will also work closely with the marketing team to help publish key insights for case studies ormedia reports

Skills and Requirements:

- 6-7 years of experience & proficiency with tools such as SQL, Python, R, with appetite to learn more

- The candidate should have spent at least 2 years handling a team directly

- Experience in data visualization tools such as Redash, PowerBI, Tableau & some Low code/No Code Tools

- Natural curiosity and self-drive to understand the broader business in order to provide the appropriatereporting support

- The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity

- The candidate should have good communication skills, collaborate and build strong relationships with
