Uni Club - Manager/Senior Manager - Compliance

- Candidates should have extensive working experience with bank/NBFC in lending, payments and cards related compliance.

- Would also need to work on upcoming regulations like data privacy and cryptocurrency.

- Needs to be innovative in approach and have demonstrated ability of interpreting the RBI and other laws correctly.

- Candidates should have experience in RBI related reporting and interactions with RBI.

- Strong interpersonal skills especially in dealing at CXO level.

- Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.

- Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or common issues.

- Coordinate with different department managers to review all departmental compliance policies.

- Perform periodic audits on company procedures and processes.

- Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.

- Supervise compliance officers and team.
