We at UNext Learning are looking for a B2C / consumer product manager to join our team. He/She will be the owner for various fundamentals backend systems, and their integration with multiple internal and external systems. The person will also own The entire CRM and aim at maximizing the customer lifetime value thus revenue - and will be responsible for improving efficiency, and driving business metrics. Skillset/Background :&nbsp; - Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends - Experience of working with systems with complex business logic, and the ability to deliver data-driven solutions while dealing with large quantities of information and data - Create, democratize and monitor performance metrics regularly and work with a different team to consistently raise the bar - Should have a thorough understanding of data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, CleverTap or MixPanel - Experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle - Understanding of user experience (UX) and business/commercial challenges - Ability to interact with the engineering team, understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the product - Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience :&nbsp; - 2 to 6 years of product management experience in B2C product companies; - eCommerce Product Management Experience is compulsory - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is a plus. - MBA from Tier 1 college is preferred Right fit for the team: - Turn ambiguous problems into solutions accustomed to driving results in a cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight - Ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment and a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done - Desire to work in a fast-paced environment - Hand-on experience, Hustler, and Go-Getter attitude - People Management: Ability to lead, manage; develop teams in a fast-paced environment
