Underwriting Role - Crop Insurance

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding, knowledge & experience of crop insurance pricing i.e. PMFBY & RWBCIS. Understanding, pricing knowledge & experience of rural products and parametric insurance products.

2. Should be able handle huge data sets.

3. Data interpretation from huge data sets.

4. Data analysis of yield data, weather data and other insurance data sets.

5. Reporting of the requisite data sets to the management for timely decision making.

6. Claims calculation knowledge & experience.

7. Timely completion of allocated work.

8. Should be able to handle & complete multiple tasks.

9. Should have good knowledge of excel, power point, macros, SAS/ any language will be an additional advantage.

10. Liaisoning with other teams for getting the work completed.
