Job Opportunity for Underwriter US Mortgae_Client

- ASSETS: Assets documents like Bank Statements, VOD, Checks and Gift Letters, Wire Transfer etc

. - Verifying 2 Months of Bank Statements Provided & Large Deposit Proof & Verify Gift funds from Blood Relation. - CREDIT : Verifying Credit Report Date,Reference ID, Mortgage statements, Collection Account, credit Supplements & Inquiries & credit scores etc.

- INCOME : Income documents like Paystubs & Verifying Borrower is Monthly, Semi-monthly or BiWeekly Earning.

- Calculating Income Worksheet for Salary & Self Employed.

- Verifying Tax Transcripts & Tax Returns for Self Employed & Business License, Profit and Loss Statements & 1084 form.

- Verifying Arm's Length or Non Arm's Length Transaction while purchasing a Home.

- In Credit Report Verifying Past 120 days Inquires & Fraud Alert & SSN #

- Knowledge about 401(k), Retirement Fund,Stocks and Bonds.

- Knowledge on DTI calculation & Front End Ratio for Primary,Secondary home & Investment Property. 

- Knowledge on Rental income for Investment Property

Analysing the risk involved in approving loan to determine whether or not to purchase the loan.

- Reviewing accuracy and completeness of documents pertaining to Credit & Borrower Profile, Liabilities & Ratios, Employment & Income, Assets, Reserves & Down payment, Occupancy & Transaction Type and Program Specific documents.

- Work over HTI, DTI and LTV/CLTV and all other information pertinent to the credit decision process on each mortgage application, as presented by applicant.

- Having experience on HARP Loans

- Complete Review on Title & Appraisal(1004,1073,1025,1004D), HOI, Flood insurance, Master policy Etc.

- Working on Assets docs like Bank Statements, Stocks, Bonds, Retirement funds etc. Handling Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Sub Ordination Agreement etc.
