Role & Responsibilities -

- Own and drive Top of the Funnel growth through product-led and structural interventions

- Creation of new traction/growth products for the business

- Improve Digital Distribution to Sign-Up to Leads efficiency

- Improve product recommendations for higher conversion

Requirements -

- 5 years of experience.

- Ability to translate ideas to execution & drive business outcome

- Highly analytical and detail-oriented

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of increasing user engagement and retention and handling revenue and profitability goals.
