This role would be responsible for everything ranging from strategy and planning to special projects and executive coordination.

- This is a key role that impacts all the new initiatives of the business you will be working with team members and leaders, both internal and external.

- You will have the ability to directly impact, improve decisions and processes.

- This role will experience what works, and learn from what doesn't.

Responsibilities :

- Your work will revolve around driving new initiatives ranging from launching a new category to growing different projects to increase revenue.

- Identify, define, manage, and drive special projects and initiatives

- Facilitate effective decision-making for the new initiatives and projects you have undertaken

- Work on the long-term vision for the New Initiatives team, as well as the roadmap to advance it in the short term.

- Oversee large, often cross-functional initiatives (OKRs, 1-1s, etc); unlock blockers, suggest improvements, and bring together stakeholders to help drive decisions.

- Industry Competitive research, perform benchmarking, analyze data, and make product recommendations.

- Create a detailed business plan, define the strategy, and identify the milestone for every phase on how we can execute that vision into a real thing.

Requirements :

- Total 5+ years experience

- Experience in Analytics and basic modeling.

- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

- Ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a wide audience.

- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects.

- Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
