Roles & responsibilities:

- Identify changes needed in our value offering by:

- Conducting data analytics by leveraging learner feedback, product ratings, feature adoption and whatever else is relevant to identify gaps

- Conducting internal and external benchmarking exercises

- Conducting Primary and secondary research exercises to identify changes needed

- Conducting brainstorming discussions with internal stakeholders

- Create a charter of improvements and clearly prioritize between multiple initiatives in alignment with top leadership

- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to implement changes

- Track progress along each initiative and ensure completion

- Measure the impact of each initiative

Requirements:

- Candidates with experience at high-growth startups, especially in project or product management

- Candidates who have studied in Top Tier colleges

- Candidates who have cleared entrance exams such as JEE/ NEET UG/ CAT etc
