Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your category.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders across multiple categories to get the job done.
- Hire and manage relationship with our coaches on a day-to-day basis.
- Be a point of contact for educators and learners for escalations management.
- Monitor educator's performance and come up with effective ways to improve the same.
- Regularly optimize the process by analyzing loopholes that hinder efficiency.
- Chalk out various learner communications and manage process end-to-end.
- Regularly connect with learners, educators to get product feedback and drive feature enhancements for user growth.
- Drive learner & educator adoption and NPS.
Requirements:
- Relevant category management experience in an ecommerce setup
- Minimum experience of 4+ yrs.
- Bachelor's degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable).
- Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.
- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
