Unacademy - Senior Category Manager - Growth

What You'll Do :

- Research, Inception & conceptualization of initiatives that lead to growth

Tracking and analyzing performance and developing key insights

- Strategies and operationalize end to end product marketing levers like Push Notifications and Emails

- Own and drive impact of engagement through GTM activities working with categories/teams across Unacademy by aligning different business goals

- Fabricate and advance seamless coordination between teams to maintain the growth temperament of a function that cuts through to scale for business results.

Requirements:

- Relevant category management experience in an ecommerce setup

- Minimum experience of 4+ yrs.

- Bachelor's degree & MBA from a premium school (preferable).

- Business intelligence around best practices and current trends.

- Ability to work with senior management on critical business initiatives.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
