Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create new partnerships between institutes/teachers and Unacademy
- Take ownership of new projects related to BD from conceptualization to execution.
- Achieve and surpass monthly/annual targets.
- Building strong relationships with institutes/teachers through effective interpersonal skills.
- Managing the teacher onboarding process for the IIT category.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all institutes/teachers and manage their account throughout their lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educators
- Strategize in order to build optimum watch time for all educators alike.
Requirements:
- Management degree from a reputed institute
- Prior experience in key account management or vendor onboarding and management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving abilities
- Prior experience dealing with educators or academicians is a plus
