Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent
- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination.
- Recruitment at all levels across the organization.
- Work on different sourcing strategies & build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process.
- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Enhance employee referral programs - Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization.
- Prepare monthly Recruitment Scorecard.
- Managing Recruitment Partners Empanelment and performance monitoring.
Requirements:
-Proven work experience of 4 - 7 years as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager (Lateral Hiring) or similar role
- Working experience with any Product based organization or experience supporting a product-based organization
- Prior experience with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
